TOP 5: April releases

I know it's already the 6th of April, but I want to share my top 5 films that are coming up this month. Now, all those films are coming up this month in the UK, so dates might be different in other countries.

5. Scary MoVie (Malcolm D. Lee)

What's it about?
We all know what Scary Movie is all about. In my own opinion the first one was the best, but I did enjoy the rest just as well, so I couldn't resist putting the fifth franchise into my watchlist the moment I found out it's happening. This one is going to make fun of Paranormal Activity, Inception, Black Swan, Insidious, The Hunger Games, Mama, Ted and many other films. Hopefully, it won't be a huge disappointment and it really is the last part of it.
Who's in it?
Ashley Tisdale, Simon Rex, Sarah Hyland, Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen, Jerry O'Connell, Kate Walsh, Tyler Posey, Heather Locklear, Snoop Dogg, Bow Wow and Terry Crews.

4. To The Wonder (Terrence Malick)

What's it about?
It is going to be a romantic drama, but the fact that it is directed by Terrence Malick enthused me, after watching the trailer I knew that this is something I need to see. The cast is brilliant, the film is going to be just visually beautiful, and knowing Malick, we should expect heart breaking, and soul touching story.

Who's in it?
Ben Affleck, Rachel McAdams, Javier Bardem and Olga Kurylenko.

3. Oblivion (Joseph Kosinski)

What's it about?
Can I confess that all I know is that short description on IMDb.com and what we can see from the trailer. It fascinated me, I was never a huge fan of this kind of films, but this one has something in it that caught my eye. It is in my watchlist because of the cast mostly, and I bet you wouldn't argue with this choice.

Who's in it?
Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko and Melissa Leo.

2. Olympus Has Fallen (Antoine Fuqua)

What's it about?
It can be considered as yet another "rescue the president of the United States" film, but smart storyline, great casting and end of the world movie-worth special effects can assure you that you're gonna see something really great.
Who's in it?
Morgan Freeman, Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, Olga Kurylenko, Dylan McDermott and Melissa Leo.

1. The Place Beyond The Pines (Derek Cianfrance)

What's it about?
Beautiful film from the director of Blue Valentine is one film that I've been waiting for so long. Trailer simply left me speechless, I have a huge expectations and, hopefully, the film will exceed them all. I am excited about motorcycles, and about Ryan Gosling being a bad guy.
"If you ride like lightning, you're gonna crash like thunder." Plus, one additional reason, in the trailer there's a quote from US Weekly saying that "Ryan Gosling is electric." it is one from the bottom film before Gosling take a pause in his acting career.
Who's in it?
Ryan Gosling, Bradley Cooper and Eva Mendes.
